STALKING
Many clients are afraid they are being
followed, maybe by a STALKER. That’s a scary thought, but not hopeless.
Investigators can determine whether or not your being followed by someone else, how often
your being followed, and if your interested, obtain a background on that person. Most
states now have stalking laws to protect the innocent from these deranged Stalkers. An
Investigator can get the evidence necessary to prosecute these Stalkers. Stalking is an
invasion of privacy and the courts take a dim view of that kind of action. An unwanted
admirer or an angry acquaintance, it doesn’t matter. No one has the right to stalk
you not even the police, without probable cause. You can ask, wouldn’t an
Investigator stalking the stalker be illegal? The answer is no! Surveillance is not
stalking. An Investigator would be doing his job and would be looking for specific
information, i.e. who the Stalker is, where he lives, why he is Stalking the client, etc.,
with an end goal in mind. The prosecution of the Stalker. Is it dangerous? Yes, very, but
