Protection Levels Available:

MW Thrust 1 offers over eight times the thrust resistance of the previous PG-12 thrust resistant vest, at less than half the weight.

All testing required conducted on Ordinance Gelatin backing material. The end user is cautioned that use of less realistic materials such as clay will generate lower results thought to be less like actual field performance. German and English puncture standards allow passes up to 20mm penetration (.8"), since no vital organs exist that close to the surface of the body. Second Chance standards (above) allow only 10mm (.4").

CAUTION: Although overall puncture, cut and slash resistance of these products is high, some stiletto-like, needle-like or very sharp knives and instruments may penetrate these all-fabric vests. The end-user is advised to determine for him/her-self whether or not these products meet his/her needs
